Welcome to the I AM Power Centre of Wellbeing & Personal Growth. The centre was founded by MirIAM Seward who, for over 12 years, has been an established profesional Kinesiologist, Stress Management Consultant, Shamanic Healer, and Personal & Spiritual Growth facilitator.

MirIAM is also a Caroline Myss Archetype Consultant and Teacher and has trained with the Caroline Myss Institute. She is also trained in NLP, Timeline Therapy & Hypnosis and has been involved with personal growth and healing since the 1970's.

In the I AM Power Centre Of Wellbeing & Personal Growth, MirIAM facilitates one-on-one work as well as running various workshops on healing & personal growth modalities and personal & spiritual development classes.

Some of the one-on-one work involves kinesiology, intuitive counselling, Caroline Myss Archetype consulting and readings, colour therapy, shamanic healing and working with vibrational essences.

Positive results have been improvement in health and wellbeing, balance to food and environment sensitivities, relief of stress and a development of learning to manage and process stress, energy management, emotional & spiritual wellbeing and personal growth.
